Known Issues
- TypeScript Compilation: Some type errors in other modules (not notification-related)
- Rate Limiter: IPv6 configuration needs adjustment (fixed by removing custom key generator)
- Redis Connection: Not tested (optional for email queue)
- SMTP Configuration: Not tested (requires email server setup)
