Definition of Done

A story is DONE when:

  • All acceptance criteria met
  • All tasks completed
  • Tests written and passing (>80% coverage)
  • Code reviewed and approved
  • Documentation updated
  • Demo-able to stakeholders
  • No critical bugs
  • Story status updated
